From Leadership to Impact – Brandon’s Journey
People often ask me why I left a leadership career in technology and transformation to become a trainer and executive coach. The answer is actually quite simple.
Throughout my career, whether leading national transformation initiatives in the public sector, driving organisational change in the social service sector, or partnering with senior leadership teams, I realised that the biggest challenges were never about technology alone. They were about helping people think differently, communicate with clarity, influence effectively, and lead with confidence.
That realisation inspired me to dedicate myself full-time to developing leaders.
Today, I partner with organisations across Asia-Pacific to help leaders communicate with greater impact, think more strategically, and make better decisions in an increasingly complex business environment. I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations such as Mizuho Bank, Suntory, Amazon, China Mobile International, Singtel, PaxOcean, and many others across the region.
What continues to inspire me most is witnessing the transformation in people. Seeing participants leave a programme more confident, more capable, and better equipped than when they first walked into the room is incredibly rewarding. Whether I’m coaching senior executives, facilitating leadership programmes, or helping teams navigate change, my purpose remains the same: to turn ideas into action, build leadership capability, and equip people with practical skills that create meaningful and lasting impact.
